{bahan-bahan}
~ chicken (drumstick/wing/thigh)
~ ginger
~ garlic
~ oyster sauce
~ kicap pekat
{cara-cara memasak}
1) heat oil in a pan.. then saute ginger.. and then add in the garlic and tumis smpi naik bau..
2) add in the chicken and gaul2 smpi separuh or 3 quarter masak..
3) pastu add in oyster sauce and kicap.. nisbah oyster sauce to kicap should be 5:3 camtu..
4) add water ikut byk mana kuah u want.. usually da cukup masin because of the oyster sauce.. if tak cukup masin for u, add la garam secukupnya..
5) let it boil and siapppppp... ;) sedap di makan dgn sambal belacan..
