daging - rebus, hiris nipis, simpan air
bwg merah/shallot - 1 ulas > blend
garlic - 1 ulas > blend
cili padi - 2 biji > blend
bwg merah - 1 biji > potong bulat/wedges
cili giling - 1 spoon
chilli sauce - 1 spoon
tomato sauce - 1 spoon
oyster sauce - 1 spoon
kicap pekat - 1 teaspoon
air rebusan daging
salt & sugar
{cara2}
1) tumis blended ingredients (bwg merah, garlic and cili padi)
2) add in cili giling and tumis smpi naik minyak
3) add in the beef and bwg besar and gaul rata
4) pour in air rebusan daging (1 cawan je, nnti byk sgt air hehe.. tp kalau suka kuah byk masuk la byk2)
5) now add in all the sauces (chilli sauce, tomato sauce, oyster sauce and kicap)
6) add in salt and sugar rasa2 mcm cukup rasa
7) let it simmer smpi kuah memekat..
8) bole la angkat.. siap di hidang.. ;)
my husband suka sgt.. kata dia mcm daging masak merah mkn kat gerai2 tu.. hehehe.. so happy trying!
