Salam readers..

This blog is my personal collection of recipes.. I learnt cooking when i was about 13 or 14 yrs old from my lovely mummy.. I started with writing the recipes in a school notebook yg kotak2 utk maths tu.. I dont even remember where I put that book dah hehe.. Then I translated (eng > bm), typed, printed and filed them for easy reference for our house helpers.. This file has been in my mummy's kitchen for a longgggg time..

Now that I'm married, I've learnt some new recipes obtained from the internet, whc I tweaked to suit our tastebuds.. So kira internet recipes tu dah modified to our own liking la.. And of course I'm also learning new recipes from my MIL too.. Apart from my mum, my MIL and the Internet, I will also feature recipes sent by my friends here.. ^_^

Most of the recipes in this blog are very simple to cook, very suitable for us women who doesnt really have the luxury of time to cook an elaborated meal.. Sekali sekala ok la kan..

::mee siam singapore::

mee siam ni resipi given by my aunty.. she learnt this when she was very young and living in singapore masa tu.. resipi ni sgt pjg coz byk benda kena buat.. so kalau rajin try la ya.. mmg sedap.. :)

{bahan2}

kuah
~ taucu - 2 sudu besar
~ gula - 2 sudu besar
~ cili giling - 2 sudu besar
~ bwg besar - 1 biji, hiris
~ bwg putih - 1 ulas, hiris/cincang
~ udang kering - 2 sudu besar
~ air asam jawa - 2 cups

mee
~ mihun - direndam
~ udang kering
~ bawang merah
~ tauge

hiasan
~ telur 


{cara2}

kuah
1) blend semua bhn2 utk kuah kecuali air asam jawa, then tumis sampai agak kering
2) masukkan air asam jawa dan garam, gaul rata, didihkan dan tutup api

mihun
1) tumis bawang dan cili giling. pastu masukkan udang kering, garam dan mihun.
2) pastu gaul rata smpi mihun hampir masak.. then masukkan tauge dan kuah td, gaul rata dan tutup api

hiasan
1) pukul telur hingga sebati dan goreng telur tu jd telur dadar
2) pastu hiris cantik2 and hiaskan atas mihoon td


**kalau nk asingkan mihoon ngan kuah pun bole jer.. :)
