Salam readers..

This blog is my personal collection of recipes.. I learnt cooking when i was about 13 or 14 yrs old from my lovely mummy.. I started with writing the recipes in a school notebook yg kotak2 utk maths tu.. I dont even remember where I put that book dah hehe.. Then I translated (eng > bm), typed, printed and filed them for easy reference for our house helpers.. This file has been in my mummy's kitchen for a longgggg time..

Now that I'm married, I've learnt some new recipes obtained from the internet, whc I tweaked to suit our tastebuds.. So kira internet recipes tu dah modified to our own liking la.. And of course I'm also learning new recipes from my MIL too.. Apart from my mum, my MIL and the Internet, I will also feature recipes sent by my friends here.. ^_^

Most of the recipes in this blog are very simple to cook, very suitable for us women who doesnt really have the luxury of time to cook an elaborated meal.. Sekali sekala ok la kan..

::nasi ayam::

nasi ayam ni i pernah buat suatu masa dahulu masa rajin dulu, sblm kawin.. mmg sedap la.. tak igt da resipi dpt dr mana.. lamo bonar da.. and of course d recipe was tweaked to suit our tastebuds.. tp of coz la, byk benda nk kena buat, byk bahan.. some ppl mmg suka masak elaborate gini.. hehe.. happy trying!

{bahan2}

nasi
beras
marjerin/minyak sapi yg halal! :p
air rebusan ayam
daun pandan - ikat
rempah - kayu manis, bunga lawang, bunga cengkih
blend - bwg merah, bwg putih dan halia

ayam
ayam
air - byk tuk rebus ayam
lada hitam
marjerin/minyak masak
kicap pekat
serbuk jintan putih - 1 sudu kecik/teh
serbuk jintan manis - 1 sudu kecik/teh
blend - bwg merah, bwg putih dan halia

sos cili
cili merah - 7-8 biji
sos cili - 5 sudu besar
bwg putih - 4 ulas
garam 
*blend semua bahan2 tuk sos

sup
bawang putih - blend/tumbuk
halia - hiris/tumbuk
serbuk lada hitam - 2 sudu kecil/teh
daun sup - hiris
air rebusan ayam
minyak


{cara2}

ayam
1) rebus ayam bersama bhn yg telah di blend dan garam. bila ayam da masak, keluarkan ayam dan simpan air rebusan ayam tu

2) kemudian perap ayam itu dgn lada hitam, kicap pekat, jintan manis dan jintan putih selama at least 30min. lagi lama lagiiiii bagus.. :)

3) lepas diperap, lumur ayam tu dgn margerin or minyak masak, then grill the chicken in the oven smpi ayam masak. check the chicken from time to time.

nasi
1) cairkan margerin/minyak sapi dan tumis bahan2 yg telah diblend dgn daun pandan smpi wangi

2) pastu masukkan beras dan gaul hingga rata, then terus masukkan air rebusan cukup tuk masak nasi tu

3) and then tambahkan garam secukup rasa, and masak nasi tu

sup
1) while d chicken is in the oven and rice is cooking kan, we can now cook our soup.. 

2) so tumis halia dan bawang putih, masukkan air rebusan ayam and black pepper/lada hitam. didihkan sup tu. tambah garam secukup rasa. sup siap.. :)

sos cili
1) blend semua bhn2 tuk sos cili. tu jer. hehe.. masukkan dlm mangkuk pilihan anda.. :)

kicap
1) campurkan 4 sudu besar kicap manis, 3 sudu besar kicap cair dan 2 sudu besar kicap pekat
2) gaul smpi rata dan siap.. hehe..

bila ayam dah masak, nasi dah masak, hidangkan bersama sos cili, kicap dan timun/salad.. bole mkn dah.. :)
