Salam readers..

This blog is my personal collection of recipes.. I learnt cooking when i was about 13 or 14 yrs old from my lovely mummy.. I started with writing the recipes in a school notebook yg kotak2 utk maths tu.. I dont even remember where I put that book dah hehe.. Then I translated (eng > bm), typed, printed and filed them for easy reference for our house helpers.. This file has been in my mummy's kitchen for a longgggg time..

Now that I'm married, I've learnt some new recipes obtained from the internet, whc I tweaked to suit our tastebuds.. So kira internet recipes tu dah modified to our own liking la.. And of course I'm also learning new recipes from my MIL too.. Apart from my mum, my MIL and the Internet, I will also feature recipes sent by my friends here.. ^_^

Most of the recipes in this blog are very simple to cook, very suitable for us women who doesnt really have the luxury of time to cook an elaborated meal.. Sekali sekala ok la kan..

::daging masak lomak cili padi::



{bahan2}

daging - rebus & potong nipis2
serai - 1 btg > titik
cili padi - 15 btg (ave size 1 inch)
kunyit hidup - 1/2 inch
potato - 1 average size, cut into desired size
santan pekat - 1 cup
santan cair - 1/2 cup (santan + water)
kerisik - 1 sudu kecil
water
salt

{cara2}

1) tumbuk cili padi & kunyit hidup (nk blend pun bole)..
2) letak cili padi & kunyit hidup yg dah di tumbuk ke dalam periuk bersama serai yg telah dititik..
3) masukkan daging, gaul, dan tambah air and potato ke dlm periuk. masak smpi daging nmpk empuk..
4) pastu, masukkan santan cair and kerisik.. biarkan dia boil..
5) pastu masukkan santan pekat and salt.. bila da mendidih, da siap! :)

 
**kalau ada daun kunyit pun bole masukkan, lg sedap kut.. i dont have it masa tu so tak letak..
**kalau tak nak letak kerisik pun bole ajer hehe..
**kalau guna daging salai instead of daging biasa laaaaggggiiii sedap.. but its best to put belimbing buluh kalau pki daging salai..
**kalau colour tak cukup kuning, tambah je serbuk kunyit inside ckit.. hehehe..
