Salam readers..

This blog is my personal collection of recipes.. I learnt cooking when i was about 13 or 14 yrs old from my lovely mummy.. I started with writing the recipes in a school notebook yg kotak2 utk maths tu.. I dont even remember where I put that book dah hehe.. Then I translated (eng > bm), typed, printed and filed them for easy reference for our house helpers.. This file has been in my mummy's kitchen for a longgggg time..

Now that I'm married, I've learnt some new recipes obtained from the internet, whc I tweaked to suit our tastebuds.. So kira internet recipes tu dah modified to our own liking la.. And of course I'm also learning new recipes from my MIL too.. Apart from my mum, my MIL and the Internet, I will also feature recipes sent by my friends here.. ^_^

Most of the recipes in this blog are very simple to cook, very suitable for us women who doesnt really have the luxury of time to cook an elaborated meal.. Sekali sekala ok la kan..

::ikan bilis goreng cili padi::

masuk thn ni da 2 thn i ate this ikan bilis goreng yg sgt sedap kat ajoy's relative's hse.. selalunyer ada petai, but both ajoy n i tak suka petai so takdo la potai eh.. tp ikan bilis ni mmg sgt2 power, kalau setiap suap nasi tu ada lauk apa2 mesti nk selit skali dgn ikan bilis ni.. so this time, i wanna try gak.. got this recipe from ajoy's aunty.. :) tq mak lang & cik pai..


{bahan2}

ikan bilis
cili padi - banyak and tumbuk
garam

minyak tuk goreng


{cara2}

1) goreng ikan bilis hingga garing. angkat dan toskan.

2) reduce the oil, tinggalkan sikit tuk goreng cili padi, minyak tu should be just enough to goreng cili padi tu.. then goreng cili padi yg telah ditumbuk hingga agak garing.

3) gaul cili padi tu dgn ikan bilis yg telah digoreng hingga rata.. siap!! :)

**kalau nk letak bwg pun bole, goreng sekali dgn cili padi tu.. tp kalau takde bwg, this dish can last longer..
**gmbr tat i featured is actually cik pai punyer.. she used cili padi warna merah, sbb tu warna dia mcm merah2..
**the best ikan bilis to use for this is like this pic below, tp mahal nk mampus ikan bilis eh.. rm40 sekilo! hehehe..
